March 10,2026 Update: Pigments were ordered earlier this week and they are currently being manufactured. Once they arrive here (hopefully by the end of next week) we will ship out your orders! The end is near. Alternatively if you would like the main part of your order before Ice Out, send us an email with your order number to stacey@atomicpolish.com and we can process that shipment first.
Feb 26, 2026 Update:Â We got word from our pigment manufacturer and they unfortunately won't be opening back up on March 4. We are hoping to receive the pigment about a week after that. Expect shipping to happen early to mid March for the remaining orders. We have about 500 bottles that still need to be made. Thank you so so much for your patience! If you prefer to cancel your order, send us a message at stacey@atomicpolish.com and I will process that refund.
Feb 18, 2026 Update: Pigment arrived and hundreds of orders have gone out. More shipments will be going out over the next couple of days. A 3rd order of pigment went in, but due to Lunar New Year, our manufacturer is closed for another week. We expect the last batches of Ice Out to go out in 2 weeks. You will know your order shipped when you receive a tracking number in your email! Thank you all so much for your support!
Feb 9, 2026 Update: Pigment is arriving today or tomorrow and new batches of Ice Out will be made asap. Shipping will continue this week. If you receive tracking information, it means your order has officially been packed up! We will continue shipping with Order # 60182
Feb 2, 2026 Update: If you are waiting on an order with Ice Out, they are on hold until more raw materials arrive to make more batches. They should arrive the week of Feb 9. We were blown away with the quantity of orders and are currently playing catchup. Once you receive an email with a tracking number, that means your order is packed up and on it's way out the door! Until you get that email, your order isn't complete.
