Shipping policy

Canadian Warehouse

We now offer shipping from within Canada. Processing time is 1-5 business days as we ship out packages once a week. All Canadian orders $100+ qualify for free shipping. At this time we offer calculated Purolator ground and flat rate UPS ground shipping.

USA Warehouse

All orders over $75 USD qualify for free domestic shipping.  Domestic shipping includes mainland USA. We currently use USPS ground for all shipments. Processing time is 1-3 business days.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide except the EU and a few select countries. Please note this does not include duties and customs. With US tariffs in place, please expect duties to be billed by the courier when ordering internationally. We do not personally charge tariffs, duties, or customs.

During busier seasons, processing time may increase.  If processing times have changed, it will be indicated on the top banner of the website.

Tracking of your order will be provided once a label has been made and shipment has occurred.
