Pastel Neon (Ne) Purple is a lavender neon creme nail polish. It is soft and buttery, and opaque in 1-2 coat. Use a good base and top coat to get more durability and longevity from your manicure! Pastel neon purple is a bit lighter than the regular neon purple formula.
*FORMULA CHANGE* Due to issues with fading, we have decided to discontinue use of the original purple pigment used. The new formula is a more muted neon purple.
