Arsenic is a stunning color shift chameleon flakie topper. This nail polish has a clear base with tons of color shift flakies dispersed throughout. It primarily shifts between green and purple. This topper is best over a black base coat, but any color choice will do! Use a good base and top coat to get more durability and longevity from your manicure!
