Cerium is a matte finish rose/brown creme nail polish. It is soft and creamy, and opaque in 1-2 coats depending on application. Use a good base and top (matte) coat to get more durability and longevity from your manicure!
All of our polishes are cruelty free, vegan and 5-free (free of camphor, toluene, formaldehyde, dibutyl phthalate (DBP) or formaldehyde resins.)
