It is part of the neon matte collection which can be purchased here. Spoonbill is bright, has a bold matte finish, and is opaque in 1-2 coats. Use a good base and top (matte) coat to get more durability and longevity from your manicure! **Because matte finishes are more permeable than glossy (they do not have a hard seal), they absorb colors and oils more readily. They will start to “lose” their matte finish over time so just refresh with another layer or a matte top coat to get full matte coverage again.**
