Pastel Neon (Ne) Blue is a vibrant medium-light blue neon creme nail polish. It is soft and buttery, and opaque in 1 coat. Use a good base and top coat to get more durability and longevity from your manicure! Pastel neon blue is a bit lighter than the regular neon blue formula.
